The Bionoon 24T T-Rack Lyophilizer features high intelligence, with multiple practical functions such as automatic defrosting, automatic drainage, automatic vacuum release, power failure protection, and remote control. Equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, it supports one-click operation, and various data and tables can be displayed intuitively. Meanwhile, the whole machine integrates the vacuum and freeze-drying systems into one, adopts a floor-standing compact design concept, is plug-and-play, avoids complicated pipeline installation procedures, and is not only aesthetically pleasing but also saves valuable laboratory space.

- Control System: Intelligent Control with Touch Screen Display
1. Extra-Large Touch Screen Display: Standard 10-inch color touch screen with sensitive response; the PLC control system is easy to operate and can display condenser temperature, vacuum degree, sample temperature, etc. in real time.
2. Automatic Defrosting and Drainage: Dual modes of hot gas defrosting and electric heating defrosting; supports automatic defrosting and automatic drainage, effectively shortening the defrosting cycle and reducing energy consumption.
3. Automatic Vacuum Release: After the experiment, vacuum can be released automatically; it can be connected to a filter or filled with nitrogen to ensure sample cleanliness.
4. Data Management: Automatically records key parameters during the freeze-drying process; supports real-time viewing, historical query, and external storage in the form of tables or charts, and data transmission via USB or Ethernet.
5. Intelligent Settings: Can display temperature, vacuum degree, diagnostic codes, defrost control, and display settings (including brightness, touch screen sound, screen off). Users can optionally configure the gradient vacuum degree function according to needs.
6. Safety Guarantee: Has the function of automatically saving freeze-drying data after power failure; at the same time, a built-in safety lock prevents incorrect operation from modifying preset freeze-drying programs and system parameters, ensuring experimental safety.
