Bionoon VAC-AIO integrated vacuum centrifugal concentrator adopts an integrated design, which is three-dimensional and saves space. It is suitable for evaporating solvent samples with a small sample size and medium boiling point. It has the function of quickly and safely evaporating water and organic solvents in the sample. It can be used in EP tubes, glass test tubes, various centrifuge tubes, chromatographic bottles, centrifuge bottles or 96-well plates.

I. Working Principle

Under vacuum conditions, the reduction in pressure lowers the boiling point of the solvent. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the solvent can boil and evaporate at a relatively low temperature. At the same time, the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotational centrifugation prevents sample bumping and splashing, ensuring the sample remains in the centrifuge tube at all times and avoiding cross-contamination. In addition, methods such as cold traps and filtration can be used to effectively collect the evaporated solvent.
