Product Description

The BIONOON VAC-RP1 Refrigerated Type Vacuum Centrifugal Concentrator from Shanghai Bionoon is specially developed for concentrating heat-sensitive samples. Including the main unit, cold trap and vacuum oil pump.It can meet the low-temperature concentration needs of heat-sensitive samples such as RNA/DNA and proteins, and also satisfy room-temperature concentration requirements. It has a wide temperature control range, with the chamber temperature supporting -10℃ ~ 100℃. During use, different types of rotors, as well as EP tubes, glass test tubes, various centrifuge tubes, chromatographic vials, centrifuge bottles, or 96-well plates, can be selected according to the sample volume.


Working Principle 

When pressure decreases, the boiling point of the solvent also decreases accordingly. When the pressure drops to a certain level, the solvent can boil and evaporate under relatively low temperature conditions. To prevent sample evaporation and cross-contamination, high-speed centrifugal rotation technology is adopted to ensure that samples remain in the sample tubes without splashing out.
