II. Product Features

1. High Sample Processing Capacity with Excellent Results

It works efficiently and can complete the grinding of 24~192×2mL samples within about 30 seconds. It saves time and effort, with small batch-to-batch and intra-batch differences. The extracted proteins have higher activity, and nucleic acid fragments are longer.

2. No Cross-Contamination

The grinding jar is fully enclosed during the crushing process; disposable centrifuge tubes and beads can be used. Samples are completely retained in the jar, avoiding cross-contamination between samples and external contamination.

3. Easy Operation

It has a humanized operation interface and a built-in program controller, which can set parameters such as grinding time and rotor vibration frequency (touch screen optional).

4. Convenient Low-Temperature Operation

When a low-temperature grinding environment is required, the adapter with samples can be immersed in liquid nitrogen for 1-2 minutes to cool. After taking it out, it can be quickly fixed on the main unit to start grinding—no re-freezing is needed, saving liquid nitrogen. (An air cooler is available as an optional accessory.)

5. Good Repeatability

Setting the same program for the same tissue sample ensures consistent grinding results. The working time is short, so the sample temperature does not rise.
