I. Working Principle and Application Scenarios

The in-situ lyophilizer is mainly used in fields such as medicine, pharmaceuticals, biological research, chemical engineering, and food industry. Items processed by freeze-drying are easy to store for a long time; after adding water, they can return to the state before freeze-drying and retain their original biochemical properties.

The BIONOON-20FA (Silicone Oil Heating) Lyophilizer realizes in-situ freeze-drying. It eliminates the cumbersome operations in traditional drying processes, prevents material contamination, and realizes the automation of drying and sublimation. This model is equipped with shelf heating and programming functions, which can store freeze-drying curves and has a built-in USB data extraction function—facilitating users to monitor the freeze-drying process of materials. It is suitable for the freeze-drying of conventional bulk materials (liquid, paste, solid).

 

II. Features 

1. This cabin-type lyophilizer completes pre-freezing and drying in-situ, featuring easy operation and excellent drying effect.

2. The drying chamber door is made of ACRYLIC material—colorless, transparent, and allowing observation of the entire freeze-drying process.

3. The gas charging (water discharging) valve adopts a safety diaphragm valve, which can be connected to an inert gas source. Filling inert gas after drying extends the shelf life of materials.

4. Professional gas diversion technology ensures uniform ice trapping in the cold trap and strong ice-trapping capacity.

5. Equipped with high-quality compressors and dual-compressor cascade refrigeration, it is energy-efficient, has a long service life, and low noise.

6. The company's exclusive shelf + low-viscosity medium circulation control for temperature rise and fall ensures high temperature control accuracy (shelf temperature difference ≤ 1℃) and uniform drying effect.

7. The shelf temperature fuzzy control system allows adjustable shelf heating and cooling rates under slope control.

8. Powerful sensor calibration function ensures the accuracy of measured values during long-term use.

9. 7-inch true-color industrial embedded touch screen and dedicated PLC control system for freeze-dryers, ensuring high reliability and stability.

10. The professionally designed control system can store up to hundreds of freeze-drying process recipes. Each recipe can set 36 temperature control sections to improve process optimization efficiency.

11. Intelligent data recording system: allows query of historical curves and records, and supports real-time adjustment of storage cycles and data export via USB.

12. Flexible manual and automatic control modes: manual mode for process exploration, automatic mode for batch production.
