1. High-Speed Rotation System: Samples are placed in the rotating chamber of the centrifugal concentrator, and the high-speed rotation system drives the sample containers to rotate at a high angular velocity. This high-speed rotation makes the sample liquid cling to the container wall under the action of centrifugal force, forming a thin liquid film. This greatly increases the surface area of the liquid, promotes the sedimentation of tiny particles or impurities in the liquid, and realizes preliminary sample purification.
2. Vacuum Pump: While centrifugal separation is in progress, the vacuum pump reduces the ambient pressure to further accelerate solvent evaporation. The vacuum environment lowers the boiling point of the solvent, allowing solvent molecules to gain sufficient energy to convert from liquid to gas at a relatively low temperature, and be effectively discharged through the exhaust system of the evaporation chamber.
3. Temperature-Controlled Evaporation Chamber: The temperature-controlled evaporation chamber precisely controls the temperature and humidity environment in the chamber. It ensures that the temperature is suitable for the rapid evaporation of the target solvent, while preventing the loss of heat-sensitive components of the target compounds in the sample.
