I. Product Description
As a key accessory for vacuum centrifugal concentrators, the Bionoon high-throughput rotor is available in multiple specifications and capacities, capable of holding samples with volumes ranging from 0.5 mL to 250 mL. It is compatible with EP tubes, glass bottles, and other containers, enabling high-throughput sample concentration in a single run. This high-throughput rotor features a quick-connect structure, corrosion resistance, one-piece molding, light weight, and long durability.
II. Working Principle
When pressure decreases, the boiling point of the solvent also decreases accordingly. When the pressure drops to a certain level, the solvent can boil and evaporate under relatively low temperature conditions. To prevent sample evaporation and cross-contamination, high-speed centrifugal rotation technology is adopted to ensure that samples remain in the sample tubes without splashing out.
