Product Description
The BIONOON-22C is designed for freeze-drying bulk materials (liquid, paste, solid) and compatible with (vials). After drying, samples can be directly sealed in the chamber via its capping mechanism. Its large freeze-drying area (0.22㎡) and 5 sample trays (Φ240mm) enable efficient processing of diverse samples.
I. Working Principle
The drying principle of the manifold type vacuum freeze-dryer is based on the law of three states change of matter. When a substance is cooled to a certain low temperature, its molecular motion slows down and forms a solid state. In a vacuum environment, reduced external pressure allows water molecules to sublimate directly from solid to gas, achieving dehydration. This method preserves the material’s original nutrients and color while preventing oxidation of heat-sensitive substances.
II. Application Scope
Widely used in medicine, pharmaceuticals, biological research, chemical engineering, and food industries, the manifold type vacuum freeze-dryer ensures long-term preservation of freeze-dried items. Rehydration restores their pre-freeze-dried state while maintaining biochemical properties.
