The BIONOON VAC-NC Integrated Smart Vacuum Concentration System, manufactured by Shanghai Bionoon Biotechnology Co., Ltd., meets the concentration needs for biological and chemical samples such as RNA/DNA and microorganisms. It provides a fully integrated vacuum centrifugal concentration solution. During operation, users can select different rotor models and accessories based on sample volume, including EP tubes, glass test tubes, various centrifuge tubes, chromatography vials, centrifuge bottles, or 96-well plates.

I. Working Principle

As pressure decreases, the boiling point of the solvent also lowers. When pressure drops to a certain level, the solvent can boil and evaporate at relatively low temperatures. To prevent sample evaporation and cross-contamination, high-speed centrifugal rotation technology ensures samples remain securely within tubes without ejection.
