I. Working Principle
The ultrasonic homogenizer all-in-one machine is a multi-functional, multi-purpose instrument that uses intense ultrasound to generate cavitation effect in liquids for ultrasonic treatment of substances. It can be used for disrupting animal/plant tissues, cells, bacteria, and spore strains. Meanwhile, it can be applied for emulsification, separation, dispersion, homogenization, extraction, degassing, cleaning, and accelerating chemical reactions—such as dispersing nanomaterials (e.g., carbon nanotubes, selenium graphite), homogenizing soil, rock samples, non-ferrous metals, rare earths, and other particles for disintegration, emulsification, homogenization, and disruption.
Ⅱ. Application Scope
1. Scientific Research: Lysis and disruption of bacteria, viruses, spores, and other cellular structures; extraction of animal/plant DNA and proteins; DNA/RNA shearing; chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) technology.
2. Material Chemistry: Dispersion and disruption of nanomaterials (e.g., carbon nanotubes, graphene); disintegration, emulsification, homogenization, and disruption of homogenized soil, rock samples, non-ferrous metal particles, and rare earth particles.
3. Other Fields: It can also be used for dispersion and extraction of Chinese herbal medicines, as well as dispersion, homogenization, and reaction acceleration of other samples. Additionally, it is suitable for sample pretreatment in chemical engineering, medicine, archaeology, geology, marine science, and other fields.
