I. Working Principle 

It mainly converts the sound energy of the high-power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibration through a transducer, and radiates the ultrasonic waves into the cleaning solution in the tank through the wall of the cleaning tank. Under the radiation of ultrasonic waves, the micro-bubbles in the liquid in the tank can maintain vibration under the action of sound waves. This vibration destroys the adsorption between dirt and the surface of the cleaned parts, causes fatigue damage to the dirt layer to peel off, and the vibration of gas-type bubbles scrubs the solid surface.
