1. High Sample Processing Capacity with Excellent Results
Efficient operation completes grinding of 24~192×2mL samples within approximately 30 seconds. It is time-saving and labor-efficient, ensuring minimal batch-to-batch and intra-batch variations. Extracted proteins exhibit higher activity, and nucleic acid fragments remain longer.
2. No Cross-Contamination
The grinding jar remains fully enclosed during operation, enabling the use of disposable centrifuge tubes and beads. Samples are entirely retained within the jar, preventing cross-contamination between samples and external contamination.
3. User-Friendly Operation
Equipped with a humanized interface and built-in program controller, it allows precise adjustment of parameters such as grinding time and rotor vibration frequency (touch screen optional).
4. Convenient Low-Temperature Operation
For cryogenic grinding, the sample-loaded adapter can be cooled in liquid nitrogen for 1-2 minutes. After removal, it is quickly fixed onto the main unit for immediate grinding without re-freezing, saving liquid nitrogen. (Air cooler available as an optional accessory.)
