Product Description

The Laboratory-Scale Standard Vacuum Freeze-Dryer is mainly used in fields including medicine, pharmaceuticals, biological research, chemical engineering, and food industry. Items treated with freeze-drying are easy to store long-term, and can recover to the pre-freeze-dried state while maintaining original biochemical properties after rehydration. The BIONOON-22A Vacuum Freeze-Dryer is suitable for freeze-drying conventional bulk materials (liquid, paste, solid). It can be used with vials, and after sample freeze-drying, capping and sealing can be directly completed in the drying chamber.

Ⅰ Application Scope

Items processed by freeze-drying are easy to store for long periods; after adding water, they can restore to the state before freeze-drying and retain their original biochemical properties.

1. Automatic Control System

1. Equipped with a 7-inch LCD touch screen and self-developed BIONOON operating system, with sensitive touch response.

2. High level of automation and easy operation: supports one-click start/stop, automatic defrosting, and automatic drainage.

3. Power failure protection function: automatically releases vacuum after power failure to prevent vacuum pump oil backflow and protect sample safety.

4. Imported pressure relief valve for automatic vacuum release; compatible with filters to ensure sample cleanliness.

5. Built-in cold trap vacuum protection system: protection parameters can be set to extend the service life of the vacuum system.

6. Standard permission management to ensure the safety of experimental data.

7. Intelligent data recording system: allows query of historical curves and records, and enables data export via USB or WIFI.

8. Adopts PLC control system, providing system customization services and upgradable software system.

2. Refrigerating System

1. Built-in 304 stainless steel condenser tube: the displayed temperature is consistent with the actual temperature, ensuring better water catching performance.

2. Adopts hybrid refrigeration technology, achieving lower and more stable temperature.

3. Equipped with an imported refrigeration compressor.

1. 30cm large-diameter integrally formed cold trap: thick, durable, and with better airtightness.
