Product Description

The BIONOON-freezon plus Cabin-Type Vacuum Freeze-Dryer adopts a cabin-type design—its freeze-drying area is larger than that of ordinary desktop freeze-dryers. It is equipped with a PC-material single-door design, which facilitates sample retrieval and real-time observation of the freeze-drying process.

The BIONOON-freezon plus is suitable for the freeze-drying of conventional bulk materials (liquid, paste, solid). It is mainly used in laboratories or for small-batch production, and can meet the conventional freeze-drying needs of most laboratories. Its application fields cover medicine, pharmaceuticals, biological research, chemical engineering, and food industry. Items processed by its freeze-drying technology are easy to store long-term, and can recover to the pre-freeze-dried state (with original biochemical properties retained) after adding water.

The cabin-type vacuum freeze-dryer is widely used in medicine, pharmaceuticals, biological research, chemical engineering, and food industries. Items processed by freeze-drying are easy to store for a long time; after adding water, they can return to the state before freeze-drying and retain their original biochemical properties.

4. High automation level and easy operation: supports one-click start/stop, automatic defrosting, and automatic drainage.

5. Power failure protection function: automatically releases vacuum after power failure to prevent vacuum pump oil backflow and protect sample safety.

6. Imported pressure relief valve for automatic vacuum release; compatible with filters to ensure sample cleanliness.

7. Built-in cold trap vacuum protection system: protection parameters can be set to extend the service life of the vacuum system.

8. Standard authority management function to ensure the safety of experimental data.

9. Intelligent data recording system: allows query of historical curves and records, and supports data export via USB or WIFI.

10. Upgradable system maintenance reminder function: vacuum pump oil change reminder, radiator cleaning reminder, instrument operation time recording, voltage deviation reminder, etc.

11. Adopts PLC control system: provides system customization services, and the software system is upgradable.

12. Supports WIFI and IoT (Internet of Things) technology: a mobile APP can be downloaded for remote real-time monitoring and equipment operation (optional).
