I. Product Description
This ultra-low temperature cold trap is a supporting device specially developed by Shanghai Bionoon Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for Bionoon vacuum centrifugal concentrators. After years of market verification, it has undergone iterative upgrades based on the old-generation cold trap to meet customer needs. As a 2nd-generation upgraded model, it features higher intelligence, simpler operation, better refrigeration effect, and enhanced solvent trapping capacity. Equipped with a touch screen, it supports one-click operation (including one-click defrosting), making it an essential solvent trapping device for sample concentration and drying processes.
II. Working Principle
The BIONOON-80D6 -80℃ Ultra-Low Temperature Cold Trap from Shanghai Bionoon is a new type of high-efficiency solvent recovery device. It is used to condense solvent vapor and recover solvents, especially organic solvents. The cold trap can significantly improve the efficiency of the vacuum concentration system: the reduction of vapor increases the vacuum degree of the system, thereby accelerating the concentration process.
