Each Laboratory Vacuum Pump is library-quiet, with a noise level of only ~ 54 dB. The PILOT is small, durable, and chemical resistant! The pump is nearly maintenance-free because of the PTFE-coated surfaces, PTFE membrane, stainless steel valves, and oil-free design. The PILOT3000 Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps are equipped with a 1/7 hp motor and provide a maximum of 20 L/min (115V/60Hz) of free air displacement and 22 in-Hg of maximum vacuum. The pump features a vacuum regulator with a gauge to adjust and monitor the vacuum level. The inlet catch-pot protects from accidental ingestion of water and particulates. The PILOT Vacuum Pump is recommended for operations utilizing organic/aqueous solvents and/or light acid/base solutions. The pumps can also be used to pressurize up to 18 PSIG. The PILOT Vacuum Pump is resistant to bleach and acetone vapors allowing it to be used with cell culture decontamination protocols.
