The vacuum concentrator can complete the concentration task of a large number of samples in a short time, improving the efficiency of the laboratory. For example, the processing time of routine samples can be shortened to a few hours to complete, and it supports multi-channel parallel operation to meet batch needs. Thanks to the low boiling point characteristics in the vacuum environment, the entire concentration process can be carried out under relatively mild temperature conditions, effectively preserving the activity of enzymes, proteins and other biological macromolecules and the stability of volatile components.
 

  Can be compatible with samples of different chemical properties, including strongly corrosive liquids; modern equipment with a high degree of automation also supports programmed control, simplifying the operation process and reducing the risk of human error. Users can flexibly adjust key indicators such as vacuum, temperature, and speed according to actual needs, to adapt to a variety of experimental requirements. In addition, for mixture samples, it can achieve separate recovery of components, improving the utilization rate of resources.   Determination steps of the vacuum concentrator:
 

  1. Sample preparation: Transfer the liquid sample to be concentrated into a sample bottle, ensuring not to exceed the bottle's capacity.
 

  2. Close the sample bottle: Ensure that the sample bottle is well sealed and there is no leakage to guarantee the stability of the subsequent vacuum environment.
 

  3. Connecting the equipment: Connect the sample bottle accurately with the vacuum quantitative concentrator, and ensure that the connection is sealed well to prevent leakage and affect the experimental results.
 

  4. Set parameters: Select the mode and set the parameters on the main interface of the instrument. Click to enter the parameter setting interface to set the pressure, heating temperature, timing time, etc. Generally, the heating temperature should not exceed 95℃, the timing time should not exceed 999 minutes, and the parameters can be saved after input. If it is a vacuum parallel concentrator, the required vacuum degree (such as -70kPa) and the concentration time (2 to 6 hours) also need to be set. For the adjustment of vacuum degree, after turning on the vacuum pump, the vacuum controller (such as valve or knob) needs to be adjusted step by step, set the target vacuum degree according to the solvent type, usually ≤100mbar, and lower for high-boiling-point solvents.
 

  5. Start operation: After completing the above settings, start the vacuum pump to create a vacuum state in the sample bottle, and the instrument begins to automatically concentrate the vacuum.
 

  6. Observation completion: After concentration, the instrument will stop automatically. At this time, remove the浓缩 tube, slightly tilt the observation tube to see if there is any crystallization at the tube tip, etc., to judge the concentration effect.
