Product Description

This  Vacuum evaporator combination, including concentrator main engine, diaphragm pump and -110℃ low temperature cold trap, suitable for large sample processing capacity, equipment needs to run for a long time, and have higher requirements for concentration efficiency of scientific research institutions, industrial enterprises, etc., can be used as production instruments. It is equipped with 0.2ml~250ml EP tubes, glass test tubes, various centrifugal tubes, chromatographic bottles, centrifugal bottles or 96-wellplates, etc., which can quickly and safely evaporate the water and organic solvents in the sample.

Ⅰ Working Principle

When the pressure is lowered, the boiling point of the solvent also decreases. When the pressure is reduced to a certain degree, the solvent can boil and evaporate under relatively low temperature conditions. In order to avoid evaporation and cross-contamination of the sample, high-speed centrifugal rotation technology is used to ensure that the sample will not be sprayed in the sample tube

Ⅱ. Design Features

1. Compact Design: This vacuum centrifugal concentrator is usually designed with a benchtop structure, occupying little space and suitable for placement on standard laboratory workbenches.

2. Easy Operation: It has a user-friendly interface with clear and simple parameter settings, allowing users to get started quickly.

3. Multiple Adapters: Equipped with different types of rotors and adapters, it is compatible with various specifications of test tubes and microplates to meet different experimental needs.

4. Automatic Anti-Suckback Function:  This function can prevent solvent vapor from flowing back into the samples when the machine stops, protecting the samples from contamination.

5. Cold Trap System: A cold trap device is included to capture evaporated solvents, avoiding contamination of the vacuum pump or ambient air.

6. Timing and Temperature Control: Provides precise time and temperature control systems to ensure the samples remain in suitable conditions throughout the process and are not damaged by overheating.

7.Diaphragm pump:Equipped with a chemically resistant diaphragm pump, it delivers high suction power without requiring vacuum pump oil.
